The following agreement is between AKC seller/breeder, Corrina Masse and purchaser_______________________________________________________

Full or Limited AKC Registration will be given when puppy is picked up and paid in cash.

I give a written 2 Year health guarantee from puppies birth date for congenital (birth) adnormalities;
Heart Murmur, Spinal deformity causing paralysis, and patella ( knee) luxation.) If there is a genetic problem with one of these problems , notify me immediately and return pug puppy to me and I will refund your purchase price,
or return the pup to me and I will promise a pup from an upcoming litter, for the same value it was sold. This will be breeders choice.
OR If you have bonded with your pug and want to keep it, I will refund all money except.... deposit! If you, the buyer choose to keep the pug at this point, this pug would have to be spayed/neutered and a spay or neuter certificate from your vet is required, before refund is given . This is to insure reproduction of abnormalities will not continue by breeding of this defective pug.
Things I do not cover = ( Hernia’s, hypoglycemia, illness, injury or Mange).

Deposits , purchases or refunds :

I , the breeder / seller has the right to deny sale of said puppy and if a deposit was left, it will be refunded. These cases:( Puppy) did not turn out as expected, or Puppy turned out too nice for pet quality. This is breeders choice.
Under no circumstances will a deposit or the purchase price of a puppy be refunded ,unless seller agrees or unless said puppy is declaired defective,in writing by a licensed vet. Be sure when you leave a deposit or you purchase a puppy that you are very sure of your purchase. There is also, no 3 day cooling off period in purchasing a puppy, this is not a car it is an animal.
No deposit or any refund will be given unless seller agrees to it. ___ ___

ENLONGATED PALATE = diagnosed by an endoscope camera only, with symptoms causing fainting, and cynosis with no exertion, the following is promised by breeder:
Note: The soft palate in Brady cephalic dogs can be too long for the length of the mouth. This may cause air to be obstructed depending on the palate , and flaps that have grown. The flatter the face, the longer the palate. Breeder must be notified if a breathing problem exists in this pug. At 5 months, a laser procedure can be done safely to shorten the palate of the pug and perform a possible nares enlargement.
Breeder will apply $400.00 toward the cost of laser palate procedure at vet of breeders choice:

All vet bills except : Enlongated Palate Procedure are your responsiblities I do not pay any other vet bills.

It is your responsibity to tell any vet that in no cases, is he or she to use ACEPROPALINE or ACE for a pre-anesthesia. It can be deadly to pugs. Have this information wrote in your pugs vet chart in RED!

If sold for PET, SHOW or BREEDING____________ INITIALS___ ___ Must be noted and initialed by breeder.

Undecended testicals are not guaranteed if sold for pet purposes. If purchaser wants to breed this pug it must be noted in this contract as such for testical guarantee. If dog has an undesended testical after 12 months of age, pug must be neutered due to possible cancer developing. Paid by purchaser. Purchaser Initial___ ___.
I do not guarantee against umbilical hernia's as this is not life threatening and can be repaired at time of SPAY/NEUTER.
I do not guarantee a bitch to be breedable, or conceive or carry a pregnacy to 60 days due to environmental factors, illness, injury, diet and improper enviorment of purchaser. INITALS___ ___.
Purchaser has 48 hours to get your own vet check, for return or replacement pup if available. If no pup is available you can be put on a waiting list or recieve your money back. this is buyers choice.
Puppy is sold with : Current Vaccines, Deworming, ( 5 lb bag of food, toy, collar , Akc registration application , pedigrees and pug info). Puppies are also litterbox trained BUT: they are pups and they will have accidents, so it's your job when you go home to continue reinforceing the habit, and reward a job done right!
